Virgin Media O2 has become a regular client. I first worked with them on a fixed contract in 2022-23 and they have been using me ever since.

As a writer for the in-house Brand & Marketing team, I have worked across four brands – Virgin Media, Virgin Mobile, O2 and Virgin Media O2. Each brand has its own distinct tone of voice, style guide and copy glossary. I’ve got stuck into all sorts of stuff; style guides, copy toolkits, digital ad campaigns, email campaigns, product guides and promotional material for events like the Virgin Media TV BAFTAs, as well as creating immersive pre-event activation experiences at The O2.
