During my stint with easyJet holidays, I was mainly writing travel guides for both the website and the in-flight magazine. These guides might focus on a single location, like Cairo or Lisbon, describing the best places to eat and things to see and do, or they might be more focused on a particular category – the five best wellness retreats, for example.
